First, a high-purity, high-specific surface area lead-calcium-tin alloy grid is used, which significantly suppresses the sulfation of the negative electrode and improves the deep cycle life of the battery. Laboratory data shows that under the condition of 70% deep discharge (DOD), the design cycle life can reach more than a thousand times. Second, the unique housing structure and exhaust system design ensure efficient recombination of the gases generated by the battery during charge and discharge.
