Q How to maintain the battery?

A
The battery should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, covered environment away from sunlight or heat source when not in use. Keep it after full charge and to recharge it every 3 or 6 months.
Q Can you print my logo on the battery cover?

A
Yes, OEM is welcome, we can print your logo on the battery case with your own logo design.
Q What kind of guarantee you give?

A AGM battery：One year
Gel battery： Two years
We have 1 year, 2 years , 3 years warranty period scheme for different type of battery based on different targeted market.
Any quality problem due to manufacturing defect during the warranty period we shall replace a new battery for you.

Q What's a gel cell battery and the difference from the sealed lead acid battery?

Gel cell battery basically has the same chemistry characteristic as wet or flooded cell battery. The battery’s electrolyte is in a gelatin form and is absorbed into the plates. The battery is then sealed with epoxy. These batteries may be used in any position. They are exceptionally leak resistant. Applications include UPS devices, emergency lights, and wheelchairs etc. These batteries contain 2 volts per cell with common voltages of 4, 6, and 12 volt.
Q What type of battery can you supply ?

There are many different model of battery we can supply including but not limited to 2v 100ah - 3000ah battery, 4v 0.25ah - 4.5ah battery, 6v 1.3ah - 12ah battery, 12v 0.8ah - 250ah battery.
Q What recognised certification your products have ?

Our batteries are certified and meet CE, RoHS, ISO, TS requirements.
